All AUREA products are covered by a standard manufacturer warranty.
In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact our support team first. We will coordinate directly with the factory for inspection and resolution.
If a product needs to be returned for verification, it will be inspected by the manufacturer. Once confirmed, a replacement unit will be issued and sent back to you.
Every product undergoes strict quality control before shipping, and issues are extremely rare.
